Permanently stuck on "Processing has failed. Please wait a few minutes and try again."

Hello!
I've requested in the past with no issues, 3D secure and everything- even with points.
I currently want to get a request using SKEB coins, but for the last month it's been giving me 'Processing has failed. Please wait a few minutes and try again.'
I've tried many things- disconnecting my linked accounts, changing my email, putting in my card, etc.
I never get to the pending stage or the like- I'm just unable to even start the request!
