Marketing Campaign to Tell Bikers to Pay Better Attention

I bike daily. I am friends with people who bike daily. Many of my friends do not realize their vulnerability on the bikes. Anyone else think it would be a good idea to advertise to bikers (around bike paths etc) that they always need to be paying attention. I hate seeing these people get hurt and die and think how they could be prevented.
