Good online courses that focus on songwriting/composing?

Hi...

So here's my situation. I've played guitar for a long, long, long time. But I suck. When I started, I wanted to play metal, so all I tried to do was practice speed. But without any good structure or teacher (with adhd in the mix), I practiced it wrong and inconsistently, so I'm fast-ish, but my notes are not clean, my bends are not in tune, and my rhythm sucks. All I know after all these years is to play some riffs and bits and pieces os solos.

So I feel I need to go back to some basics, to train chords, rhythm and theory... And while I'm at that, also learn songwriting structure, chords progression and anything else I can learn to make my ideas more interesting. I wish I could actually do in-person classes, but my schedule is whack.
