Buying a used X7. One service record has a big gap, would that stop you?

Hey all. I'm pretty close to pulling the trigger on a used X7, but one thing keeps bothering me. The history looks clean overall, no accidents, regular maintenance at first, then there's almost a two year gap before the next recorded service. The dealer says it was maintained independently and that's why nothing shows up. Maybe that's true, maybe not. Would a gap like that be enough for you to walk away, or would a good inspection be enough to move forward? Hey all.
