Switched from Ozempic to Mounjaro

Hi all. I was on Ozempic from Feb 2005 to July 3rd 2026. I lost around 70lbs so it worked as expected. I was having massive constipation so my doctor suggested ,among other things, switching to Mounjaro. Since switching I lost another 7 lbs or so.

In the second week I had a dizzy spell when driving to work and wound up in the ER. They still are happening so I was wondering...

Has anyone here had a similar experience? I don't know if it is the reason yet. I need to see my doctor to go over anything. Maybe I should just go back to Ozempic?
