Career and CAT
I'm in my final year of undergrad and stressed beyond ny mind right now because I don't really like preparing for CAT.
I'd always thought of getting a good job and moving out because I don't want to stay in my shitty household. I've been upskilling and interning in that regard.
Recently, my mom told me to prepare for CAT. I've always had a dislike for the competitiveness of the exam and the way it requires you to prepare aptitude.. To me it seems kind of useless but okay sure.
I didn't start looking into CAT because of what my mom said.
But because I thought of how it could be a good option to move away, to a different state or start with a higher salary early on..
That being my entire goal, I started prepping a bit everyday.. Planning to give it in 2027.
Currently got overwhelmed from the DILR section and I'm wondering, if sacrificing my time for CAT instead of upskilling is worth it or not..
99 percentiles and what not. Theres so much pressure and competition obviously..
I don't like it. In an ideal world I'd never work obviously.
Some background - Commerce student, working towards being a Data Analyst.
Feel like IDK what I'm doing. I genuinely hate the preparation lol.
