I received notification that I’ll get a summon through mail, but I haven’t gotten it yet. Should I worried?

It’s been a few days since I was told I would receive a jury summon through mail, but I got nothing so far. I have a feeling that it could be lost in the mailing process or something. I’m still checking for it everyday.

This would be my second time being summoned.

What should I do? Should I be worry about being fined?
