Looking for a unit I can set up as a small media server, I basically want it to play scary movies on a loop during Halloween

I’m not sure if there’s a basic mini pc I can use for this. I basically just want to connect it to an external hard drive and a monitor. In the monitor I’m going to use a CRT filter to give it some nostalgia vibes.

But yeah, I guess I’m not sure what I’ll run into if I get the wrong unit.
