Wanting to switch careers in my 30s, any advice?

Hi everyone, I’m 32 years old and I am very restless in my current position. I’ve been working for a family company for the last 10 years doing their production management and while the pay has been staple, the job does not fulfill me. It’s not what I’m passionate about the work is very demanding and I feel like I have reached my growth potential. I have a bachelors degree in marketing and I also got a UX design certificate from Ucla extension.

Even with all of that under my belt, I’ve had a very difficult time even landing an interview internship or any other type of job opportunity outside of my current position I’m open to going back to school to transition to a new position, but my fear is to spend more time and money on a program and still not be able to land a job after I’m very open to different position and I’m open to going back to school, but I want to pursue something that I know I will be able to land stable career and after my cost of living is dependent on what I currently make so that’s why it’s been very hard to transition as well. Does anyone have any advice as to what career would be worth pursuing or how a better positioned myself to land a new job also, please let me know if any programs you could would recommend
