I need to build AM4 rig but no idea regarding parts. Help.

Context: I already have a solid AM5 1440p machine at home but I'll be living in a dormitory during weekdays so I need a new rig. I really don't want to spend much and tbh, fck futureproofing, I only play Valorant and League anyway lol.

Goal: 1080p Valo + League + browsing/streaming only. No overclocking.

Questions:

1. Which AM4 ryzen 5 CPU is bang for buck?

2. I'm planning to get 16gb (2x8gb) ram only. What timing/mhz are recommended for DDR4?

3. Which mobo and brand should I get? (i.e, A520/B550/ASUS/Asrock/etc.)

4. Which modern GPU to buy? (Tbh, I think rtx 2060 equivalent performance is more than enough for me)
