2002 Honda crv vibration

My 2002 Honda crv (standard transmission if that matters) vibrates when accelerating between 30-40km hr and does not vibrate at any other speed unless I'm going 140+ but I assume a bit of vibration at that speed would be normal just wondering if anyone knows what the cause might be or what I should look for thanks for the help
