Weird period? Or smth else

For context I have PCOS and take 10 mg dydrogesterone days 15 to 24 in hopes of regulating my cycle. And to my surprise it was regular for a few months until it wasn't.

My withdrawal bleeding started July 20th with a very light flow, then turned to brown spotting, lasted 8 days, paused for 2, spotted again yesterday and now I'm having a light flow again with clots. At this point I've been bleeding for almost 2 weeks.

And earlier today I've had some weird ovary cramps which I normaly feel around ovulation.

Has anyone experienced something similar before? Should I be concerned?

I'm leaving for vacation this weekend so I have no way of being seen by a obgyn anytime soon.
