If gods forget about their pasts when they achieve godhood, then why did they all remember that they are siblings?

Just caught up to recent chapter through binge reading and I'm getting confused about this fact. When Osiris was traveling through every temple and looking for ways so that seth doesn't forget about him, I got confused like didn't he also become a god, then why does he remember everything?
