I am now overly-cautious about going outside in my underwear

Pre-DCC me was very comfortable with taking my dog out, grabbing something from the car, sitting on the porch, etc (at nighttime/early morning, house is semi-secluded and i can rarely be seen on our porch) while only in a t-shirt and undies. Now, I always have the thought in the back of mind of being stuck in the dungeon in just my panties and a big t-shirt. Most of the time now I’m sure to put on at least some shorts (or my husband’s boxers- no heart ones unfortunately).
