Looking for a car

Hello my people . I am a new driver . I am looking to buy a new car . I am 23 F. And I have almost no idea about cars. The only thing I need is for common transportation purpose , I am not picky on the engine or speed tbh.

I want something with good technology. Lean assistant, parking assistant, cameras … and something comfortable. I don’t want to spend too much time in the garage( mostly because I don’t keno what I am doing there ) and lastly not too much fuel consumption.

Should I get a brand new one or a used one?
I don’t have a father or brother in this country so I would love the help 🥺❤️
