Did they accidentally nerf a certain spoiler celestial boss? Or maybe a big?

Talking about Clone of John Bourban.

I just beat him in ultimate at around level 90 (I just fought him on a whim when I finished the secret quest) and I swear he was doing like 0 damage. I was kiting of course, but even when he hit me it seemed like my bar was barely moving.

I think my build is fairly tanky but nothing special. I definitely remember him hitting harder before. Especially the later stage clones.

Was certainly the easiest celestial boss I have ever fought.

For reference I did fight Ravager of Minds later on and I didn't do TOO horribly but I got killed before I got him below 50%. But the whole fight felt more like normal celestial fights where my HP bar keeps dipping very low if I wasn't super clean on the kiting.
