Alarm Noise - 42nd St. & 43rd Ave.

Have you guys been hearing this alarm everyday somewhere on the corner of 42nd and 43rd Ave? Its not a car alarm, it sounds more like a fire door/roof alarm maybe? Its driving me nuts!
