34 M4F #VA - looking to chat and maybe connect?

I’m a 34-year-old guy who’s looking for someone to talk to during the day. Married but looking to connect, maybe meet if you’re ever able too. I’m located in EST in VA. However I am visiting GA and FL until August 28th. Just hoping to find someone who’s down to have an actual conversation instead of sending three messages and disappearing forever.
A little about me: I work in a shipyard, so my schedule can be pretty busy, but I usually have time throughout the day to text. I’m a pretty laid-back person once you get to know me. I like gaming (mostly World of Warcraft and DayZ), listening to music, tattoos, working on vehicles when I have the patience, and spending time outside.
Lately I’ve been trying to get healthier and lose some weight, (I’m not a massive guy, 250lbs, just want to lean out) so if you’re into fitness or just trying to improve yourself too, that’s something we could probably relate on.
I’d say I’m the kind of person who likes meaningful conversations more than small talk. Tell me about your day, what’s stressing you out, what you’re excited about, what game you’re obsessed with, or some random rabbit hole you fell into on YouTube at 2 a.m. I enjoy hearing what makes people who they are.
Honestly, life can get a little repetitive between work and home, and it’d be nice to have someone to check in with during the day. If we end up becoming good friends, even better.
