SQE DAY 3 - LR: Where they or weren't they? LD: happy then immediately distraight
I think today was very reminiscent of the first day for me. Day 2 was the worst by a country mile.
I have without a doubt failed the last 2 drafting stations. I didn't have a clue what they were even asking of me. I'm self studying so anyone has any tips on how I can actually revise for drafting I'd be grateful... for my inevitable sitting in January 2027.
CMA and LW I thought were okay? Subject to me finding out or remembering that all my law was incorrect.
LR - I never really know how I perform in Research. I don't even know if I'm referencing correctly which is embarrassing. For anyone wondering, I thought the third party WAS, and the YES to both questions, with slightly different implications for each. I'm not confident on any of these points however, so don't let my answer get you down in anyway.
Anyway congratulations everyone, the vast majority of you will be 75% of the way to being a qualified solicitor after today. 2 more days to go (I need a miracle).
