Is it worth leaving a negative review for fear or retaliation?

I ordered a jacket today and the seller cancelled my order with no explanation straight after. She then relisted for nearly double the price.

I messaged her to say I’ve noticed she relisted for much more and asked if we could come to a price compromise. This got ignored so I bought it again because it was a jacket I’ve been looking for, for a really long time.

Assuming she sends it (a few reviews on her page to say she hasn’t sent items before), I’m tempted to leave a 2 or 3 star review with an explanation why.

I currently have all 5 star reviews and assume she would retaliate with negative feedback. Is it worth it, or would you drop it?
