Foundation recommendations that wont make me crawl out of my skin

first off: I’m not here to debate the morality of wearing makeup and/or whether its necessary. I know I don’t need to wear makeup. I am firmly supportive of feminism and women’s decisions to wear or not wear makeup while also understanding that, at baseline, the makeup industry is largely anti-feminist and misogynistic. If this is what you plan on commenting about, please refrain as I just want product reccomendations. 🫶🏻

Okay. Now that thats out of the way. i was wanting to know if anyone had any foundation recommendations that they like.

i ONLY wear makeup to work and big events (think wedding or baby showers). When i wear it to work, I find I often feel very greasy and have to constantly blot my face and that it also generally looks Bad close up.

I only wear foundation + cream blush, no contouring. I want something light-medium coverage, dewey but not greasy, “your skin but better”, buildable if necessary. something that wont make me want to rip my face off. if you have a particular foundation you love and don’t feel overstimulated by, i’d love to hear what it is🙏 pls and thank you
