“I wrote and performed a song used in Gundam, and I’m curious: were all the questions about it ever answered?”

Over the years I’ve seen various comments about this song, questions about its relationship to the film, the story, and even the author. I’m wondering: were all those questions ever answered, or does anyone still have unanswered ones?

The reason I’m asking: I wrote the song and the music, and I’m the singer. It was a great honor to be part of the Gundam family, and I’d love to hear how people experienced the song in context.

If you have any questions, about the song, the process, or how it ended up in the film, I’m happy to answer what I can.
