Why the heck are my players stunned for a second after getting intercepted and my opponents just get the ball immediately even if I do a pass in a millisecond?

Sorry I couldn't give a video to specifically show my issue but what I really face is when my player just has intercepted the ball and the opponent somehow someway intercepts the ball in a flash but even with pressing I cannot regain the ball that even if I did I still lose the ball again in a flash. Is it shoulder barges? Or is it tackles? It's definitely not dash and press then it should've worked for me, neither is it match up.

I concede goals in the penalty box now quite a lot because the opponent just does this and they just can't lose the ball apparently.

Also why do my backward passes end up forward passes? Because I try my best to give a backward in case there is an player blocking the pass, and it always ends up going to that player who I didn't want to pass to and leads to a goal too.
