Mouse cursor still moving when in shiftlock or holding right click.

For some reason whenever I shiftlock or hold right click, it moves my camera, but my mouse moves with it. I've tried everything online but nothing is working. Is there any solutions? I've reset my PC reinstalled roblox, tweaked my gamebar, but nothing it working. I updated my graphics drivers and it fixed, but then it came back the next day.
