Buying advice-Costco/Kohls

We currently have a Dyson v7 that we bought open box/refurbished years ago and is cracked so the time has come to get a replacement.

The home is 80% hardwood floors either only a few larger area rugs. No pets but a lot of food crumbs and whatnot (young kids)

I k ow everyone seems to dislike a lot of the mainstream big box store vacuums but we aren’t looking for anything crazy; something newer with better suction.

-Price range is negotiable but if figure $200 range.
-80% hardwood floors and the 20% is large area rugs.
-No pets currently but lot of food crumbs from young kids.
-Would like cordless so we can easily clean out the vehicle with it
-attachments are a plus to get into the hard to reach areas
-preferably purchased from Costco or Kohls
