Advice Please!

I work part time at the front desk of a large nursing home.. almost 200 residents. There is incredibly poor management, support, communciation, or teamwork amoung staff. Staff CONSTANTLY approach me looking for answers regarding misc. things. I do not have the information these people are looking for and spend a LARGE amount of time fielding these questions. I have been yelled at for responding with " I don't know the answer to that and I don't have that information". I also respond with Talk to Head Bosses name - but she is never in the office, so it's pretty impossible to actually get an answer or talk with her. I am sick of explaining why I don't have answers for staff - the short answer is talk to fucking management.. I am not a manager.

How can I make this very clear with a very short and sweet professional answer that does not invite questions in response? I will be leaving this position in September, but for now I need a way to handle this so I don't lose my cool.
