Partial interview and over 30 days for a role that had one opening ha!

Hi,

Per the subject line today I did an interview whereby it stated it was a partial interview due to me already being Micro1 certified in some of the required skills for that role. After completing the interview it stated "under review" which generally means I did not pass the interview in my experience with Zara AI interviews. But because it was a partial interview I am wondering if the application went to "under review" as opposed to the standard "hiring manager reviewing" status when you pass the interview. Meaning is the process a bit different if it is a partial interview?

Secondly, another role I passed has been under "hiring Manager reviewing" for more than 30 days? should I reach out on Slack to see what the delay may be? Or just assume I was not selected (it did only have one opening so no big deal)
