Maybe unpopular, but The Devil Wears Prada 2 was such a disappointment.

I never like watching movies or series when they first come out or when everyone's talking about them. Not because I'm trying to be different. I just prefer waiting until the hype dies down.

So, The Devil Wears Prada 2 finally landed on my watchlist, and I gave it a go.

Oh... my.

I remember the first movie being exciting, sharp, and constantly moving. This one? Everything felt so predictable and painfully slow. Honestly, I almost fell asleep. Not even Emily Blunt could save that slow-burn story.

Now I'm a little worried because Practical Magic 2 is coming soon, and I really hope they don't ruin one of my all-time favourite movies.

I guess my takeaway is this: if you've already made something great, don't try to recreate the exact same recipe. Make something new that's just as good.
