[PS5] - PSN log in trouble

Hi! I feel like I’m having a bit of a niche issue here but I’m not entirely sure. I’ve been trying to log into my psn on my phone for days now, and i’m pretty much getting nowhere. Ive done it before on numerous occasions, i never changed my password or anything like that. I went to go on the PS app to grab a clip and i was logged out! It wouldn’t let me log back in so i just forgot about it. But a couple days ago I was trying to log in and here’s how it went.

I’m on browser and I open the log in screen. I type in my email, then it says i can either use a passkey or another method. I have no passkey’s for my account (if i do use a passkey for anything its face ID, i didnt have that option here), so I clicked other methods. They give me a QR code to be scanned somewhere, the option to send a link in email that will auto sign you in (its words not mine), or an option to reset my password. I just wanted the email link to auto sign me in, but when i clicked the link, it just takes me back to the sign in screen to do the process all over again. I did it about 4 times and realized it wasn’t gonna work, so i clicked reset password. Maybe if I do that I can add a passkey for face id so I don’t have to do this like this anymore. When I got the link it asked for my DOB, and idk about anyone else but I know my DOB, and it said it was incorrect. I couldn’t imagine it was anything else?? so I kept trying until it locked me out and told me to just sign in normally, sending me through the same motions over again.

I’m not even sure how anyone would fix this other than just like making a new account or something. I’m not a tech wiz, so I’m sorry if the answer is obvious or something. I just want access to my clips🥲
