Restaurant Recommendations

I’ll be staying in Florence for 3 nights. I have a list of restaurants I’ve come across, but I’d like some opinions/feedback on my list. I’d really like to avoid tourist traps, so please let me know if I should avoid any of these and if any are worth visiting! Please also give recommendations!

I don’t mind modern restaurants and fine dining, but I’d like to focus on going to restaurants that locals approve of/eat at. I’m hoping to try some of the best pastas and steaks obviously, but also very open to trying other dishes and anything local.

Please excuse my ignorance. I know this is fairly vague, I’m just hoping to get some opinions so I don’t miss out on the best food in Florence! I’m not picky at all so all feedback and opinions are welcomed.
