Need opinions

If you're the type who enjoys some violence or gore in your fics are you the type to enjoy if it's written as anatomically correct as possible? Like with as many medical details and stuff
I'm currently working on a serial killer fic and even since i got into uni my knowledge of the human body has expanded a lot and now i can't stop myself from overthinking and writing everything as accurate as i can.

So my question remains, do you guys enjoy the accuracy?
