Need advice on Sister Worm

Okay so, I see Sister Worm mentioned frequently here as a fun start. I just gave it a try and I have some questions:

• what are recommended tools to kill vampires? I don't have access to the dominate power and murder schemes seem impossible to pull off

• How do I even get Urge Taint points? I literally can't find anything about that on the internet and they seem vital to her personal content.

• Any advice on how to grow the economy as tribal? Is it just raid all the time?

• Any other advice to scale up this character? In my current run I just gobbled up territory and focused on the moon lifestyle that lets you reincarnate at the end. That was moderately succesful but other players around me, like the silver wolf faction, keep scaling faster than I can keep up.
