classes at different campuses

hi guys i am a freshman about to attend UH this fall, but i just have one dilemma: i don’t drive. i live off campus for financial reasons and im wondering if anyone who attends the main campus gets there without driving. my main question is can i switch my classes to a different campus location or is it a matter of which classes would be available at the campus?
