Anyone bought property through Kanaka Property Youtube channel? Need genuine reviews

Came across a broker called Kanaka Property YouTube in Udupi. The prices they are quoting seem quite reasonable compared to other listings in the same area. Sounds a bit good, so wanted to check with this sub.

Has anyone here actually bought a property through them or knows someone who has? Is the pricing genuine or is there a catch (hidden costs, unclear title, etc.)?

Would really appreciate honest experiences. Thanks in advance.
