Documents related Doubt !! Urgent!!

I have got a seat at BIET Jhansi..

I am UP domicile and my category is OBC NCL ..my doubt is that do i mandatorily need income and domicile certificate at the time of physical reporting as i haven't applied for twf seat and being a UP domicile i think my 12th marksheet should act as domicile proof as i have completed my 12th from UP only

I am having this doubt because BIET has given a list of documents in which these two are mentioned but i dont have them because i never needed them!!

Plz seniors or anyone clear my confusion!!
