Frustrated with my situation.. hcg/progesterone

At 5 weeks exactly my HCG was 3091.4 and my ultrasound saw a gestational sac and yolk sac.
At 5 weeks 2 days my hcg was 6553.8 and my progesterone came back at 10.1. I am having 1 spot of pink mucus a day. I left messages and my doctor did not call me back today to discuss progesterone supplementation. Now it’s the weekend. This just seems super low to me? Please help me. I want to understand even if it is not good news.
I have a 5 year old daughter and this is my second pregnancy.
