How to stop being the nice guy

Hey guys so I’m a 20 yo male I honestly like my life and the way it’s going except with women. I always find myself being freinds with girls I’m interest in but never actually progressing it towards a relationship. This leads me to be categorized as a nice and friendly guy but not dateable. How do I break this cycle and make my intentions more clear?
