Is Requesting That Search Be Used Oppressive?

Serious question. I don’t think the cycle of repeat questions is as long as a week. Sometimes it isn’t as long as 24 hours. I think it’s good to get new insights into the questions we have been asking since Proudhon first threw down the anarchy gauntlet; I also think there could be some automation directing one to a living FAQ for questions like, say, “is Communism compatible with anarchy.”

I don’t of course run the sub, all of my contributions are from another account and I am not here to suggest new rules. I would never suggest rules. However, some housekeeping and a polite but firm admonishment to try to avoid asking the same thing almost verbatim that was asked less than a week ago could help bring focus and, well, moving beyond 101.
