Private profile?

I blocked my DA in June 2025 from all my socials. Fast forward to a month ago, we pull up next to each other on the highway. What are the chances. I honk, roll down my window, smile, roll my window back up. Not a word was spoken. Up til that day, his profile was public. But sure enough, his profile went from public to private. The question is: he could just block me back but why make it private? Trying to seem mysterious or something? Yuck
