Game Crashing on Startup

I have no idea why, but every single time I attempt to launch CS2, it just keeps crashing. I've tried everything I found online. I tried to delete the 730 folder, verify integrity, redownload and restart the PC, try different launch options, clear launch options, turning off my antivirus. I feel like I am running out of options. If anyone has any advice, please tell me.
