7 years married, new baby, 3 times in 6 months , birthday today no sex and frustrated

My wife and I had a baby 7 months ago and since then we’ve had sex maybe 3 times total. Today’s my birthday, and I was kind of hoping it might be different… it wasn’t.

I understand postpartum recovery, exhaustion, hormones… our daughter draining every ounce of energy left in her. I’m not trying to minimize that. But I miss feeling wanted. I miss feeling like a priority instead of an afterthought.

I’m very frustrated and don’t know how long I can deal with this. Just to add, she has a good sex drive and so do I…
