Dont know how to have a connection

Just for context. 20s M, i have no one I would really consider a friend within 400 miles. Relationships are nonexistent since I was graped in high school. I cant seem to have any meaningful friendships that last more than a week or 2. Everything is surface level and just seem so fake. Have 0 luck on the dating side. Tried in person, apps, sites. I think ive had 1 match in 3 years. I think I dont know how to estabish a connection anymore. Any advice or help that could find me just someone to talk to?
