Need Advice!!!!!!!!!

I am 24(F). I broke up with my ex 10 days back. It was a 3 year relationship. Both of us knew that our parents wont approve our relationship as due to our religious backgrounds. After parting ways I am finding it very difficult to cope up. Thats when a guy who had a crush on me long back texted me. (He broke up with his gf recently) I replied. We have been texting day-in and day-out. He is clearly hitting one me and also sends flirtatious texts occasionally.
For me, he is just a friend or simply a person with whom i could text whenever i miss my ex.

At times, i feel both of us are using each other to get over their respective ex’es.
I am sure that if this continue for a month or so, he’d ask me out and i will have to reject him. This might end whatever we have now and i might end up being all alone.

I’m screwed. I donno what to do.

How do i overcome the sudden wave of loneliness that comes with a breakup?

Has any of you gone through a similar situation?
