Need help in finding Advacate for Tennant issue

Hi every one we are Florida and we have given our town home for rent through one of real estate agent , they did background check and told us tenants are moving from
Texas and they everything is good but these tenants are harrasing us from day 1 and propert management team are not able to handle them , need advocate details who can help us from these tennants
