New on Reta!!

So I have been using reta for 3 weeks today and I still haven't lost any weight. I started low with 1mg (10U w the insulin syringe). I still feel hunger and I inject myself every week (7days) any recommendations? Do I need to go higher or inject more frequently?

Also, how do you guys reconstitute reta? I did have a 10mg vial and reconstituded with 1mg. Thank you, appreciate any feedback.
