Hormonal acne and extreme bloating immediately following chemical

As if chemicals weren't enough of a mind fuck, they also have my body in chaos. I am 29 and unfortunately, my first pregnancy recently ended in a very early MC around 5 weeks (a chemical pregnancy).

I started bleeding this past Saturday and all spotting and everything officially stopped this morning. My beta hcg was 13 on Saturday and 2 by Monday, so I assume everything had left my system by Tuesday or so.

Now I've broken out in hormonal acne along my jaw line and am extremely, painfully bloated (almost like ovulation pain, but I don't ovulate until later in my cycle, like cycle day 18 or so). I typically only experience symptoms like this when my period is coming, but obviously, it's not.

A part of me is 1. Relieved this was not an ectopic situation and that I am physically OK, and 2. Grieving. So the physical symptoms on top of this suck extra bad.

Has anyone else experienced these symptoms as their body "resets" after a chemical?

If you have, 1. I am so sorry we have to experience this, and 2. When did it go away?
