Does anyone know how a person would start their own diaper brand/company?

I saw a post on here a few days ago breaking down the numbers for the big diaper brands and someone in the comments started a conversation about how hard it is to break into the diaper shop world.

I wanted to hop on here and continue that conversation. Has anyone tried it and what was it like?
