I love Lutwyche Shopping Centre, I wish more places were like it

So as the title says i love this shopping centre. It's so small, it has aldi/woolies/coles in a really close area and now has a discount veggie/fruit store with some of the cheapest prices I’ve seen. The food options are pretty decent (shutout to the kebab ladies) and it has basically everything anyone could want; even more so when the Asian supermarket opens (if it ever does at this stage).

Granted the parking is fucking horrendous and i HIGHLY recommend using the rear exit/entry if possible but still, out of all the centres I’ve been to its gotta be one of the best. It begs the question though, are there other centres like it? Places with all three supermarkets and decent food options and everything else? Or maybe i'm alone in my love for this little shopping centre.
