Nexplanon and planes?

Hi, I currently have the arm implant and I’m going on a plane soon (about a 6hr flight). I’m really paranoid about blood clots as I’ve seen that the pill can cause blood clots on planes due to the pressure. Is this something I also need to be concerned about with nexplanon or am I good?
