How to report a driving school instructor

Just had a damn cb instructor at CDC and want to report him. Not blacklist, i’m going to do that already. I mean properly REPORT and escalate to management??

Also, this guy was hurling criticism at me the whole time. The first time, i responded then 5 min later he said “It seems like you always got a lot to say back to whatever i say” then i just close mouth lor.

By the end of the lesson i was legit so pissed off wanted to talk back to this mf, but i scared he report me or smth. For future purpose, is there any actual harm if i talk shit back to a cb instructor? can they report me or say i’m unfit mentally or smth??
